Todays colour was one of the lipsticks that I received in my first ever International Beauty Swap from Australia. When writing up this post I decided to look it up on the Australis website (we don’t get this brand in South Africa) and I was astounded to see that it costs $12.95! Aussies and Australian bloggers/Youtubers talk about this brand like it is a cheap one and in Australia I suppose it is. Their cosmetic prices are INSANE and if I was born there I would have immigrated by now. The price on one of these lipsticks is almost as much as we would pay for a M.A.C lipstick.
ANYWAY so how did I like the lipstick? I loved it. It is much pinker than the sticker swatch and, compared to the online swatch, they look like two completely different shades. It is girly and subtle pink with just a touch of brown. It claims to be enriched with Antioxidants, Vitamin E, White Tea Leaf Extract, Rosehip Oil & Mango Butter to achieve a moisturising effect and coverage that lasts up to 10 hours.
Well I found it to last only about two hours BUT I did not apply it with a lip primer or a lip pencil and I am sure it would have lasted longer had I done both those things.
This range is available in six colours and the packaging is GORGEOUS. Black bullet with a pink foil lettering. My fave.
Australis is 100% against animal testing and you can view their policy here.

So Glad you included the 100% against animal testing and the policy. Good girl.
P.S I still think you should get rid of all the current make up that you arent sure about. Just saying x
Such a gorgeous shade

Gorgeous lipstick. It’s weird that our makeup is so much cheaper than Australias.
