Todays Lip Look was a very subtle and girl combo of Avon’s Colourtrend in Pink Holiday and Stila’s Lip Glaze in Mango Berry.
The lipstick itself has a nice thin consistency, like something thicker and more pigmented than a tinted lipbalm, but with the same feel. The one thing I despise about the lipstick tube is that you have to apply it soooo lightly or else it pushes in on itself and winds back down. You have to be very gentle.
The Lip Glaze is a thick (and pretty sticky) consistency which I am not the greatest fan of but it does last for ages and when I wore it over my lipstick the colourย lasted about an hour longer than when I wore it without it.
I had pretty high hopes for the Lip Glaze as I have seen it raved about plenty of times and I was hoping to be able to wear it over tons of other colours but 1) Its much pinker than I thought, and 2) it is beyond sticky. I would not wear loose hair with this colour for fear of getting my hair suck in it.
Have you tried this Lip Glaze before, what did you think of it?

Thanks, love! It is the perfect everyday colour ๐ XX
Ugh I hate sticky lip glosses. It looked like a great product until I read that ๐ it looks nice at least!

Thanks! And yes, my thoughts exactly. I have seen this exact product raved about LOADS! But it was actually disappointing ๐

I like this idea! I have a couple of glosses that are just too sticky/slick so I’ll definitely try layering them over a lipstick ๐ xx

I have the Apricot and Mango Berry (I think). I love the Apricot one, not the mango so much. I don’t mind the stickiness as I never have my hair down. I do recall once though having it down and having to pull my hair off my lips every few minutes. lol.
