The last time I wrote an Empties post I titled it “It’s been a while… my latest Empties Haul”. And that was 13 months ago. This time it REALLY has been a while.

As usual, an Empties round-up is usually an immediate nod to the product being great. Why would one finish a product that didn’t work for them? Keep an eye out though as, in each product write-up, I will note if I would actually go out and repurchase, or if it was just a nice press drop to use. Sounds awful right.. but let’s be honest here. You guys want to know which are the super A grade products!

J-One Jelly Cleanser – R180

I love love loooove this cleanser. I would usually use it as a first cleanse but when it started running low I moved to using it only as my eye make-up remover. It works incredibly well on the skin and does not irritate at all. Nor does it sting my eyes and this is SUPER rare with cleansers. Overall such a recommended product from me.

Would I repurchase? Yes, absolutely. You can purchase it from Glow Theory.

The Body Shop’s Honey & Oat 3-in-2 Moisturising Scrub Mask – R190

Ah, yet another TBS mask bites the dust. This honey and oat mask is lovely. Not as super intense or containing actives like most of my masks but this is fine by me now what with being pregnant and all.

The mask promises to be moisturising as well as exfoliating and it is indeed. The honey softens and plumpens your skin while the oats gently – GENTLY – exfoliate and buff away texture.

Would I repurchase? I currently have about 40 masks stockpiled so I won’t be rushing out anytime soon. However if I was in need of a mask, I would happily opt for this one.

Skin Derm exfoliating glo pads – R395

Another absolute gem to include in this edition of Empties. I did post a review on these glo pads here, so I won’t harp on about them too much. But they are a wonderful addition to your skincare routine.

Would I repurchase? Again, I have multiples of these on back-up so I won’t be repurchasing just this second. The minute I run out however, I’ll be hopping online to order.

Elizabeth Arden Prevage Anti-Ageing Treatment Boosting Cleanser – R635

I spoke about this cleanser just last week so again I will not repeat myself. Instead, you can view my thoughts here. But considering I included it in a “What would I purchase if I would only purchase 3 items from Elizabeth Arden for the rest of my life” themed post, there are no surprises on my thoughts here 😉

Would I repurchase? See above, LOL. It is the priciest item on this Empties list, but it truly is a magical product!

Elizabeth Arden

Etude House Moistfull Collagen Cream – R299

Another K-Beauty empty! The Moistfull Collagen Cream can be purchased from Dewyface and it was my favourite night-cream while I was using it. The consistency is almost a thick gel, but not quite a gel. It was immensely hydrating without feeling greasy and your face didn’t feel like it needed more moisture a few hours later. More info here where I chatted through my K-Beauty skincare routine.

Would I repurchase? Another big fat YES. And at that price? Give me two tubs!

And that is another Empties post done & dusted! I am a bit disappointed to not include any make-up but wow, that takes MUCH longer to finish up. If it ever happens. I will try make sure the next Empties post does not take me 13 months before I have enough content!
